Drums laid down in Oct ’02 (oldest on album) in one take with no click-track. The bassline was inspired by The Sugarhill Gang (1-4 chord progression) walking bassline. Features Godfrey de Grut on alto and soprano sax, who has played with Che Fu, Nathan Haines, and The Relaxomatic Project. I’ve given Godfrey songwriting credit for the nice swells he wrote in the last bridge. His tracks were done in one day in February ‘03. Finally on the day before news years eve ’03, the short vocal intro lines were put down by King Kapisi.
